Mat 15:3-9 And he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God because of your tradition? For God said, Honor thy father and thy mother: and, He that speaketh evil of father or mother, let him die the death. But ye say, whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, That wherewith thou mightest have been profited by me is given to God; he shall not honor his father. And ye have made void the word of God because of your tradition. Ye hypocrites, well did Isaiah prophesy of you, saying, This people honoreth me with their lips; But their heart is far from me. But in vain do they worship me, Teaching as their doctrines the precepts of men.
You will not be like the Pharisees and Scribes that transgress My commandments while proclaiming false religion will you? You will not allow tradition to become more important than obeying Me will you? It is one thing to teach another My way, and another thing when one uses the cloak of religion to justify an action that is not indeed in My will.
See that whatsoever you do that you do it in mind that I, the living One, am with you and not just the ritual of religion. In all of your decisions base them upon the reality that I Am with you and I want your best. I want others to come to know Me intimately so ask yourself if doctrine, tradition, or My love will prompt that action you are considering. To know the difference is to let Me increase as you decrease. Ask that My will be known and then accomplished.

May our hearts be honoring the our Lord. When we raise our hands in praise or clasp them in prayer, may He find more than a profession from the lips come forth us. May Jesus find our spirit genuinely doing His bidding freely.

- Statement Of Faith: 1.) I believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, without error as originally given; it is the final and infallible authority in matters of faith and practice. 2.) By repenting of sin and accepting Jesus Christ as our Savior (by faith alone), we become right with God: our sins are forgiven, heaven is our home, and we will live with our Lord and other believers for ever. Good works may evidence our salvation, but we are saved by God's grace apart from our works. 5.) I believe that those who have not received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior will be separated from God and experience His judgment forever. 6.) Jesus will one day return to to establish His Kingdom. He will judge the living and the dead.
